Location:  The parish of St. Mary of the  Annunciation comprises the territory of Caroline County Virginia.   The county is North of Richmond (35 - 45 minutes by car) and South of  Fredericksburg.  The church is located two miles east of the  Ladysmith exit (I-95, exit 110 to Route 639) at 10306 Ladysmith  Road.  It is located close to the major residential areas of the  county, Lake Caroline and Lake Land'Or.
