While we believe that all of life is touched by God’s sacramental goodness, the Catholic Church recognizes seven sacraments instituted by Christ. Through these sacred rituals, we receive God’s grace in real and transformative ways. The sacraments nourish, strengthen, and sustain us as they build up our faith and draw us deeper into the mystery of God’s love.
